Quality Assurance Engineer

ENVIRONMENT:

An ambitious and highly meticulous QA Engineer is sought by a provider of cutting-edge IT products & business solutions based in Durbanville to join its team.  You will join their dynamic team, pushing the limits of possibility, stretching creative imagination, and striving to impress their clients. They seek an inspired, motivated individual with high self-esteem and ambition. They need someone who will take ownership, complete assignments diligently, and strive for excellence, taking pride in their work and delivery. You’ll be developing automated testing techniques using C# .NET and SQL Server, working on real-world systems, and guided by their experienced developers. You will focus on finding ways to break their products, expose weaknesses, and exploit vulnerabilities. You will help identify bypasses for data validation and address common user behaviors that break systems.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• UI Automation Frameworks like Playwright, Robot Framework or Selenium

• Microsoft .NET C#

 

• Microsoft SQL Server

• Visual Studio, N-Unit Testing

• Postman API Unit Testing

• Data Baselining and Delta Reporting

• Azure DevOps

 

• Software Testing methodologies

• Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Agile development
