- Conduct thorough analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery faults, providing effective solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime for clients.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs, provide technical assistance, and offer recommendations for machinery improvements.
- Stay updated with advancements in cabinetry and woodworking techniques, materials, and industry trends to continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring tasks are prioritized, deadlines are met, and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Promote a strong focus on customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support, resolving client concerns, and providing training and guidance on machinery operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the design and implementation of machinery solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering principles, electrical systems, and automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing machinery and engineering drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of cabinetry design principles, woodworking techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery, CNC technology, and industry-specific safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery faults effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and cross-functional teams.
