- Relevant Quality Assurance qualification
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in Quality Assurance and/or Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing inspection, technical background code/specifications.
- Technical/Engineering documentation experience and electronic Document Management Systems (DMS)
- Assist with compiling parts/ equipment traceability documentation, compiling COC’s/SOF’s, compiling PIB check sheets
- Assist with compiling and control of router packets
- Assist with compiling Project Specific Master Parts Lists / BOM’s.
- Assist with tracking of QAP documentation signoff by customer / Certifying Authorities.
- Responsible to create basic structure of documentation needed for Databook compilation/
- Maintain and control hardcopy and/or electronic records of the Project documentation, including documentation issue, data capture, filing, scanning & retrieval onto/from DMS.
- Documentation (Internal and Vendor) tracking to ensure completeness of project documentation requirements to meet project delivery dates
- Manage all documentation related to Certifying Authorities to ensure that all project documentation requirements and deadlines are met.
- Databook Compilation within a DMS.
- Databook issue and distribution as required.
- D&I Summary report - Compilation, edit & review from documents found in DMS, ensuring consistent output.
- Maintain logs of documents issued and received
