Client Implementation Specialist

Experienced Fund Accountant profile sought who is not only experienced but also passionate about client take-ons, managing the transition process and driving efficiency in the space for a well-established team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist with new client take-ons, transitions and take-offs
• Assist with fund set ups, fee calculator and NAV recon books builds
• Support optimisation of this team and processes
• Supporting and being the interface between business development and operations
• Utilise technology stack for client relationships
• Use client reports and dashboards to better communicate internally and externally

Requirements:

• Minimum of completed degree in Accounting/ Finance / Commerce or similar
• Minim of 5 years fund accounting experience with client take-on, transitions and take-offs exposure
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
• Excellent team player for a high performing team with multiple priorities
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and solutions focused
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Analytical thinker and strong problem solver
