- Completion of customer onboarding packs.
- Checking of clients’ FICA documents.
- Liaise with sales and support teams about clients’ compliance status.
- Assist with support related to banking and other compliance-related queries.
- General administration tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in PDF editors.
- Customer service/support experience would be advantageous.
- Experience in administration.
- Tertiary education is advantageous but not critical.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong administrative skills.
- Time management.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
