- Inspire and lead a team of 3 sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members grow and succeed.
- Cultivate a positive, energetic, and performance-driven team culture.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue from waivers and ancillary products.
- Monitor sales performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Set clear, achievable performance targets for the team.
- Regularly track and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for development.
- Ensure their customers receive top-notch service and support, enhancing their overall experience.
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues related to waivers and ancillary products.
- Gather customer feedback to continually refine and improve their offerings.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the team at the forefront of sales excellence.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain open and effective communication with senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for waivers and ancillary products.
- Continuous improvement in team sales metrics such as conversion rates and average transaction value.
- Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and developing others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
