My client, a leading company in the FMCG and QSR industry, is seeking an Insights Analyst to leverage transactional data for strategic decisions in marketing, procurement, and new business development. If you're a problem solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour in the QSR sector, I want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to define analytics needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Analyse data to uncover trends and inform business strategies
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards on campaign performance
- Provide insights to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in FMCG or QSR
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and BI tools
