Franchise Area Manager

FRANCHISE AREA MANAGER – BEAUTY/COSMETIC INDUSTRY
WESTERN CAPE
SALARY – R45 000 per month neg

The Area Manager acts as a Franchise Representative by implementing and maintaining all aspects of the Franchise System within his/her region, with the aim of maintaining company standards and assisting Franchise Partners in growing a profitable business.

Area Managers need to display a strong understanding of general management so that they can coach and guide Franchise Partners with regards to operational requirements, human resources, training, financial management and marketing support.

Requirements:

·      Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role as Franchise Area Manager preferably in the beauty/cosmetics or FMCG industries.
·      Relevant Tertiary qualification
·      Own car and valid driver’s license

Key Competencies:
·      Sound business understanding including analysing financial statements.
·      Drive businesses to deliver sustainable profits.
·      Self-directed and able to work independently outside of the Support Office environment.
·      Exceptional communication skills (spoken, telephonic and written).
·      Able to manage conflict in a mature responsible manner.
·      Organised and systematic.
·      Detail orientated.
·      Computer Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer, ESP).
·      Punctual.
·      Able to function under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
·      Able to manage multiple stores.
