Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automotive Sector is looking to employ a Plant Personnel Officer to join their dynamic team in East London.
 
Job Description:  
  • Administer employee attendance and hours worked for monthly and weekly paid employees
  • Administer employee leave
  • Distribution of Payslips and handling of pay queries
  • Provide support to IR function
  • Submit employees’ documentation upon termination of employment
  • HR and Payroll reporting
  • Filing of employee data
  • Assist employees with queries with regards to payroll and policies & procedures
Job Requirements: 

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in time and attendance management
Knowledge and Skills required.
  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act
