- Administer employee attendance and hours worked for monthly and weekly paid employees
- Administer employee leave
- Distribution of Payslips and handling of pay queries
- Provide support to IR function
- Submit employees’ documentation upon termination of employment
- HR and Payroll reporting
- Filing of employee data
- Assist employees with queries with regards to payroll and policies & procedures
- Grade 12
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in time and attendance management
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Labour Relations Act
- Time & Attendance Management
- Company policies & procedures
