Their expert team collaborates closely with clients to address complex challenges and achieve goals through innovative and effective marketing strategies. They are currently seeking a talented Senior Sales Consultant to join their team. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within a marketing, technology, or creative services environment. DUTIES:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their solutions meet their expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, fostering trust and partnership.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to tailor sales pitches and proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technology, to develop compelling and effective sales presentations.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Continuously analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities for business development and cross-selling of services to existing clients.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Client Advocacy & Problem Solving:
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work closely with project management and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the sales process, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a marketing, technology, or creative services environment.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and technology solutions, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling sales propositions.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage the sales process and client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales strategies.
