- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring their solutions meet their expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, fostering trust and partnership.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to tailor sales pitches and proposals that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technology, to develop compelling and effective sales presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Continuously analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for business development and cross-selling of services to existing clients.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Act as an advocate for clients within the company, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Work closely with project management and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the sales process, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a marketing, technology, or creative services environment.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing and technology solutions, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling sales propositions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage the sales process and client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
