CNC Programmer

Experienced machine Setter, Operator & Programmer: Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing.

Role: Involves setting up and operating machines according to standard procedures, as well as programming machines for specific jobs. The machine setter, programmer, and operator must ensure that machines are running at optimal levels and have a thorough understanding of all safety protocols. Qualifications •Previous experience operating and programming a variety of machines, including CNC machines •Excellent knowledge of machine operation, including troubleshooting and maintenance •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members •Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus over long periods of time •High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/diploma is a plus •Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
