Production Manager: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE PACKAGING INDUSTRY (Cardboard Manufacturing) Company situated in JHB. To start ASAP..
Duties And Responsibilities (not limited to): Manage and prioritize the production of high quality packaging consistently through improvement and innovation. Ensure delivery of sustainable cost effective, fit for purpose, packaging Improve speed of service delivery avoiding production errors or loss. Ensure production lines run smoothly with minimum downtime.
Staff Management: Day to day supervision of factory staff. Conducting periodical performance reviews. Communicating with management regarding staff related issues and resolving grievances. Dispute resolution. PPE and safe working environment
Competencies/ Skills: Competent team manager with good leadership skills. Able to work with production forecasts. Understanding corrugated manufacturing processes is a Must.
