Our client in the confectionary industry is looking for a Administrator to join their team based in Port Elizabeth (Humewood).  This will be a half day position
 
Requirements: 
  • Matric 
  • Xero software experience an advantage
Duties:
  • General office admin duties.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Filing and keeping data in storage
  • Invoicing
  • Inputting data for VAT
  • Capturing Receipts and Payments
  • HR duties (updating personnel files, updating leave records, updating disciplinary records, updating HR policies)
  • Quotes 
  • Ordering of supplies. 
  • Various adhoc duties
