- Ensure adherence to the company`s rules and regulations as documented in the company`s disciplinary policy
- Assisting on customs inspections and auditing
- Arrange booking ad prepare all Export/Import documentation
- Estimates for imports/exports and cross trade shipments
- Register files and do customs documentation
- Audit and submit supplier invoices and disbursements
- Pre-alerts for all Exports/Imports shipments
- Complete SADC/DA65/SAD500 documents
- Resolve customs queries
- Suppliers’ management skill
- Supply management with updates on shipments
- Updating weekly and daily shipping schedule
- Warehouse management skill (CCA and OS)
- Handling of files from start to finish including invoices
- Processing of different certificates on the export
- Draw out SOP for different shipment and cases handling
- Adhoc function which may fall in the ambit of the job requirements;
- Grade 12
- Certificate or relevant in Imports and Exports
- 5 years’ experience in Import and export within the industry
- Excel and good planning skills
- Attendance
