- Optimize, design and develop a user-friendly and visually attractive online booking platform focusing on conversion optimization, working closely with the Senior Designer.
- Analyse existing user flows and identify areas for improving the user experience.
- Implement A/B Testing and other conversion optimisation methods to measure and enhance the effectiveness of the user interface.
- Collaborate with the Marketing/Design team to translate user behaviour insights into concrete design solutions.
- Translate designs into a fully responsive Frontend that works consistently across different devices and browsers.
- Work with modern Frontend technologies such as HTML, HTMX, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
- Maintain design and branding consistency across various platforms and products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Frontend design, UX/UI, and conversion optimisation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Designer/Developer, focusing on conversion optimization and user flows.
- Excellent command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern Frontend framework: React.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they contribute to improving conversions.
- Experience with tools for A/B Testing and user analysis like Google Analytics and VWO.
- Experience with GO, Metabase and HTMX.
- Experience with AdobeXD.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
