Senior Accountant

My client, based in Woodstock, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their Finance team on a temporary basis (5 months). This role is critical in providing financial support and guidance to management, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective operation of business units in alignment with the company's strategy, budgets, and plans.

 

Responsibilities:

• Finance Development and Implementation
• Management Reporting
• Manage the department's operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective financial management
• Business Support and Partnership
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives
• Manage payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate payment

Requirements:

• A Financial Degree
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role
• At least 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory position
• Available to start the five month contract from 1 October
