Our client has a skilled legal team knowledgeable in debt management laws, providing tailored solutions to meet individual client needs. Currently seeking a 2 Debt Collectors with relevant industry experience.

Working Hours: 8-5 weekdays

Term of Contract: 1 year with probationary targets

Commission: Yes

Responsibilities:

Understand and apply laws and regulations related to debt collections.

Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the collection system.

Adhere to collection call scripts.

Ensure data ethics are maintained.

Keep debtor information updated and accurate.

Provide excellent customer service.

Interact with debtors professionally and empathically.

Address queries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Productivity Targets:

Calls made

Productive hours

Accounts worked

Right Party Contacts (RPC’s) conversion

Fixed arrangements (PTP’s) conversion

Average PTP value

Collection rate of the PTP

Requirements

Qualifications:

LLB (Advantage)

BCom Law (Advantage)

Paralegal Course (Advantage)

Any debt collection course advantageous

Requirements:

Minimum one year debt collection experience

Clean criminal record

Strong communication skills

Proficient in computers

Understanding of collections system advantageous

Skills:

Target-driven

Strong work ethic

Self-motivated

Ability to work under pressure

Reliable

Time management skills

Team player
